I love it Diana!! How true: in love with ourselves, we can accept All. And how sad that we're not taught that it's ok to love ourselves. My deep desire is to help change that for as many people as possible. With self-love, all things are possible. <3

It's so interesting, Johanna, how the Universe unfolds herself. This a.m., I decided to ditch my theme for my early restorative class - it just wan't going to work in a passive, restful place. Instead, from a reading the previous night, I wrote out words embodying self-love. Literally, fall in love with yourself! When you're in love, the 'other' can do no wrong, is a delight to be with, you want to spend all your time them them, acceptance is abundant, there's humor in their imperfections, there's no room for expectation or judgment. And, when you're in love, your immune system is stronger. All parts of us are contained in one pulsating field of energetic expression. In love with ourselves, we can accept the fullness of our own human expression.

Then, I read your blog!

Love is in the air!
