I would highly recommend the Group Coaching Conference call series. I found each call to be an enjoyable, non-threatening atmosphere in which to explore personal and societal beliefs about wealth and money. The topics and homework were eye-opening and relevant to the journey of self-discovery and personal goal-setting. I found Johanna's graceful style and non-judgmental tone to be especially condusive to dismantling any self-limiting beliefs of group members. She is exceptionally skilled at meeting each person where she is at and gently guiding her toward realizing her strengths and following her hopes and dreams. In the course of the session, however, she said something that has us looking for another therapist. And, it got me thinking about reasons why people should and should not stay married.
Lately the question of monogamy has surfaced a number of times for me. I’ve been contemplating whether I genuinely believe that long term (20 or more years) monogamy is a natural state for humans. This is a pretty intense contemplation, as it runs counter to virtually everything we’ve ever been told in our society.
