The homework assignments aided me in uncovering and understanding many things that have contributed to who I am. A lot of the exercises had me reviewing my whole life, relationships and experiences. I thought this was great, because often times we only look at what is in front of us. The exercise of looking behind and forward is what is really going to help me move through my journey with a strong foundation of self and my eyes wide open.
